Unlike much of the world where nutritional products are considered over-the counter drugs, U.S. law places these products in the food category making the introduction of new products considerably easier. Thus, the US has the largest market and the greatest selection of products in the world. If you are interested in marketing vitamins, minerals, herbs, or other nutritional supplements internationally either as the principle or as an agent, the US is the place to go for these products.

Since US law considers vitamins to be food supplements and not drugs, the US Food and Drug Administration neither approves a vitamin product nor licenses a manufacturer. Despite the fact that there are no national certifications, our staff includes people who have had pharmaceutical industry experience with such companies such as Merck , Marion Labs., and Hoffman La-Roche. As a result, very high standards, similar to those established by the U.S.P. for the pharmaceutical industry, are maintained. Further, our company is fully licensed and inspected by the Department of Health of the State of New Jersey.

Bio-Nutrient Products maintains a diverse inventory of approximately 200 products, designed to contain the most popular items sold in the US health food store and the less expensive items such as One-A-Day or Theragran-M types (which are the brands of major American pharmaceutical companies) sold in the drug store. Depending on the size of an order and where we are in our order-reorder cycle, we can ship in anywhere from one to six weeks. All prices are quoted prepaid to the port of New York. If you like we can find a freight forwarder in New York. On average a $10,000 order of vitamins packed for shipment weighs 1000 lb. and measures 35 cubic feet. Payment will be made in cash with the order or by Irrevocable Letter of Credit.

We can ship bottled goods with our own label, make a private label with your name ( in English, your language, or your language and English), or you can provide the labels for us to apply here (there will be no extra charge for this service). With our in house modern computer based label printing technology, we can prepare labels in minimum time.

All fees, licenses, import taxes, etc. are the customer's responsibility. There are no export licenses required from the US. If your country requires a license to import these products, we are very skilled in preparing of the technical documents required.
